Stretch for 10 minutes in the morning to help alleviate stress and improve circulation.
Like crunchy snacks?
Try pumpkin seeds as a healthy choice.
Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt.
Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes
or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
Exercise as a family! Take a family walk around the neighborhood or spend an afternoon at the park. AND, always remember start your day off right with a healthy filling breakfast! Try to include a grain, protein and fruit.
