There are 10 sugar cubes in one can of soda. Soda temporarily quenches thirst, but water hydrates our bodies. If you need flavor, try adding frozen fruit, lemons, or flavor packets such as Crystal Light to your water.
We will do our part to lay our healthy tips to help you on your path to good health!
FIRST -- Always remember to fill your "empty tank" in the morning with a healthy breakfast. Try to include both protein and carbohydrates. Granola, yogurt, peanut butter and whole weat test or a boiled egg with fruit.
Use your cell phone as your alarm to remind you when to eat AND to set appointments to work out. Every one has a cell phone so use it as your reminder that fitness and proper nutrition is a priority.
