FIRST -- Always remember to fill your "empty tank" in the morning with a healthy breakfast. Try to include both protein and carbohydrates. Granola, yogurt, peanut butter and whole weat test or a boiled egg with fruit.
Use your cell phone as your alarm to remind you when to eat AND to set appointments to work out. Every one has a cell phone so use it as your reminder that fitness and proper nutrition is a priority.
